Kula is a word in Sanskrit that can be translated to mean tribe, community, or family. At Kula Yoga Studio, we offer classes and events for any body seven days a week.
Our mission is to create an environment where anyone feels welcomed, included, capable, and challenged—a place where you can spend time with like-minded people. We provide opportunities to grow physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally through wellness practices such as yoga postures (asanas), meditation (dhyan), mantra chanting (japa), pranayama breathing exercises (pranayama) and relaxation techniques (savasana).
